Pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with reference to personal data processing, the processing of personal data pertaining to the data subject will be carried out in full compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of your data.

We invite the data subject to thoroughly read the following information statement so that they may come into the knowledge of and are able to provide aware consent to data use.

The controller of aforementioned data is Tazzetti S.p.A. (the Company), with registered office in Volpiano (TO), Corso Europa 600/A, represented by its pro tempore legal representative.

Processor
The Processor of aforementioned data is Mrs Chiara Grazia Lotito.

Source of Data
Personal data subject to processing will be directly provided by the data subject, third parties or sourced from publicly accessible registers.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data of the data subject are processed in the context and in order to establish and executing a commercial relationship or any other relationship pertaining Tazzetti S.p.A. business activities, with the following purposes:

  1. for carrying out pre-contractual, contractual activities;
  2. for activities pertaining to the application of legislation in force;
  3. to manage and control risks and prevent potential fraud;
  4. as part of information and promotion activities for our products and services, for the periodic sending of promotional or advertising material and commercial information;
  5. for market research and analysis as well as interactive commercial communications;
  6. for establishing and executing a specific relationship with data subject the Company's business activities.

Processing Procedures
Data supplied will be collected on paper and/or using computerised means and processed, also with the use of electronic means, directly and/or directly via expressly delegated third parties, within the limits of laws and regulations in force and in any case, so as to guarantee the security, protection and confidentiality of said data
Collected personal data will be recorded on premises fitted with physical and computerised protection.
Processing of the data subject's personal data may consist of collection, recording, organisation, conservation, elaboration, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, deletion, as well as the combination of two or more of any of the aforementioned operations.

Notification and Disclosure
Tazzetti S.p.A. does not disclose collected personal data. Data supplied by the data subject may be disclosed to companies belonging to the Tazzetti S.p.A. corporate group, for the purpose of enabling the provision of services linked to the fulfilment of commercial relations, or in any case pertaining to the company's business, and may also be disclosed to third parties connected to the Controller Company by contractual relations who are authorised to process personal data under the direct authority of the Processor, for accounting, tax or consultation services and in any case in the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.

Conservation Period
Collected personal data will be conserved for the period of time strictly necessary for fulfilling the purposes of collection and in any case for the same duration as required for the establishment/ fulfilment of any commercial relations in force, or any business pursued with Tazzetti S.p.A. as well as of any legal requirements.

Refusal to Submit Data
The data subject has the right to refuse submitting their own personal data. If the processing of personal data is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual and/or contractual measures adopted upon the data subject's request, pursuant to art. 6. par. 1, lett. b) and is compulsory and legally essential and/or for contractual execution purposes, any refusal to supply said data may prevent the Company in part or in full, from:

  1. executing obligations deriving from current commercial relations between parties;
  2. fulfilling legal obligations as set forth in civil law, tax and accounting provisions;
  3. sending correspondence and informative/advertising material pertaining to our company.

Rights of the Data Subject
The data subject may exercise their rights vis-à-vis the Controller, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016. Specifically, the data subject may request the following from the controller:

  1. confirmation of the existence of data processing involving their own data; in such cases the data subject may obtain access to own personal data pursuant to art. 15 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016 and obtain said data in an intelligible form without delay, as well as information on its origin, recipients or categories of recipients to whom said data is or will be disclosed;
  2. to obtain, without unjustified delay, the amendment or integration of personal data pertaining to them, pursuant to art. 16 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016;
  3. to obtain the immediate deletion of own personal data upon withdrawal of consent, if said data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, or whenever there is no longer a legal basis for processing due to unlawful processing or obligations established by the law or judicial authorities, pursuant to art. 17 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016;
  4. to obtain the limitation of data processing if the data subject contests the accuracy of said data or opposes processing, or in case of unlawful processing, or despite the fact that the Company no longer needs data for processing purposes but personal data is still required for the ascertainment, exercising or defence of a right in legal proceedings, pursuant to art. 18 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016;
  5. to avail themselves of the right of data portability which is understood to be the right to obtain personal data and disclose said data to another controller without delay, from the Controller, in a structured, commonly used format which is readable by an automatic device, pursuant to art. 20 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016;
  6. to lodge a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority pertaining to any issues involving the processing of own personal data

Right to Object
The data subject also has the right to object to the processing of personal data pertaining to them at any time, pursuant to art. 21 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016; Tazzetti S.p.A. will abstain from any further processing of the data subject's personal data. With reference to the processing of personal data collected for commercial information purposes, the data subject has the right to object at any time.

Withdrawal of Consent
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing on the basis of consent obtained prior to withdrawal, pursuant to art. 7, par. 3 of EU Regulation 679/2016. Withdrawal may result in the inability to continue contractual relations in force, or in any case to continue business with Tazzetti S.p.A. and pursue aforementioned purposes.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Processing
Your personal data, identification and curriculum data, collected from the data subject or from third parties which support the Processor during the selection procedure, is processed and used to pursue the data subject's request and proceed with the verification of requirements for the establishment of an employment contract/ hire and/or the undertaking of collaboration. Only common data will be collected, therefore candidates are not required to disclose personal information regarding so-called special categories specified in articles 9 and 10 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016. The conveyance of data is optional and subject to the data subject's desire to submit their curriculum. Successive processing of data supplied by the data subject is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted upon your request, pursuant to art. 6. par. 1, lett. b) and is compulsory and essential for legal and/or contractual/collaboration execution purposes. Therefore, any refusal to supply said data may prevent the Company, in part or in full, from taking your application into consideration. The candidate declares that they do not provide personal data regarding so-called special categories specified in article 9 of EU Regulation no. 679/2016.

Personal data supplied may be disclosed to companies belonging to the Tazzetti S.p.A. corporate group, to enable the provision of services linked to the assessment of your application, and may also be disclosed to third parties linked to the Controller Company by contractual relations and who are authorised to process personal data under the Processor's direct authority, for accounting, tax or consultation services and in any case in the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes.

Conservation Period
Your personal data will be conserved for the minimum period of time required to fulfil the purposes for which data has been collected, namely sufficient for personnel selection purposes, and for as long as collected information is deemed to be up to date and relevant for positions in the Company and for personnel selection purposes.

Refusal to Submit Data
In consideration of the fact that the processing of supplied data is essential for selection procedures and the establishment of an employment/collaboration contract as well as for aforementioned purposes, your refusal to provide them may fully or partly prevent the Company from assessing your application and information will be immediately deleted.

Data Subject's Rights
You may exercise your rights vis-à-vis the Controller, pursuant to EU Regulation no. 679/2016. Specifically, you may request the following from the controller:

Said withdrawal may mean that the Company will not be able to consider your application.
