Tazzetti FZE based in Jafza Jebel Ali Free Zone is looking for

CUSTOMER CARE - DUBAI JEBEL ALI FREE ZONE

Main responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Ensure contact with loyal customers and develop new clients;
• Ensure proper follow up of contact generated from marketing activities;
• Be aware of Export regulations;
• Ensure achievement of an excellent customer’s satisfaction;
• Ensure the maintenance of CRM and develop specialized knowledge of ERP systems to process orders;
• Manage all customer contact relating to operational activity: fax/e-mail information or telephone calls with customers for inquiries about delivery schedules, times and address;
• Assisting with all aspects of administrative management;
• Support Account Managers by maintaining short-term forecast;
• All day to day operation matters.

Knowledge and competency requirements:

• A University degree in Business Administration, Economics is welcome ;
• A demonstrated 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role with knowledge of MEA clients;
• Sales skills will be appreciated together with the ability to manage customers needs at the phone
• Demonstrate  organizational and planning skills, be service-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player;
• Fluency in  English is a must: excellent knowledge in written and spoken;
• Real knowledge of the major computer software packages (MS Office);
• Candidates with experience in Jebel Ali free zone will be preferred.
